Price and scope
Prices are valid for 14 days. The price moves only if the call shows scope the questions missed. One revision round within scope is included. New scope is a new quote.
Payment
50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Data or code reviews are paid 100% upfront, and the review fee comes off any follow-on work booked within 30 days. Monthly care is invoiced monthly in advance, with one month’s notice.
Jack Darracott is a trading name of Moonfive Ltd, and payment and invoicing go through that company.
Delivery
The fixed date is agreed on the call and counted in working days from the deposit.
Ownership and permission
You own the code, documents, accounts and data. I never deploy to production, delete data or spend your money without your yes in writing. If I can’t deliver what I quoted, you don’t pay the second half.
